The cohort experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations.  Over two years, students learn from each other, support each other and, because the students are all from the technical/community college, there is a focus that all share but each may represent a different role on campus and can bring that perspective to the group.  I love to learn and am not sure I would have stuck with it if the program was different.  I have a new appreciation for what working adults must do to continue their education.  All of the courses have been applicable to my work in the student affairs profession.
